PathPilot Collections is a voice-first outbound collections product. It combines an AI voice agent, campaign and call management, and a carrier-grade call stack so recovery teams can reach more customers, at the right time, in the right tone, without expanding headcount.

What it does

Collections runs full outbound calling campaigns end to end:
  • Import customer lists and enroll them into a campaign with a target agent.
  • Dispatch outbound calls through Twilio (or another carrier) to the customer’s phone.
  • Bridge the live call through Asterisk into an ElevenLabs-powered voice agent that speaks with the customer.
  • Enrich each attempt with call results, transcripts, and downstream linkage back to the campaign.
  • Report on campaign performance, response codes, and per-customer outcomes.

Who it is for

  • Consumer lenders, BNPL providers, and card issuers running early-stage and late-stage collections.
  • Third-party collectors and BPOs that want to scale voice contact without proportional agent hiring.
  • Fintechs that need a controlled, auditable outbound calling stack with per-organization API keys.

Core capabilities

Campaign Management

Create campaigns, upload customer files, configure schedules, and assign a target voice agent per campaign.

Outbound Dialing

Twilio-based dispatch with SIP headers for org, campaign, attempt, and API key so every call is routable and traceable.

Live Voice Agent

Asterisk AudioSocket bridges the customer audio into an ElevenLabs voice agent with dynamic per-customer context.

Do-Not-Call & Suppression

Per-campaign suppression so customers who opt out or should not be contacted are removed from future attempts.

Result Hydration

Terminal Twilio callbacks and ElevenLabs conversation IDs are linked back to each call attempt for reporting.

Multi-Tenant & Auditable

Every request is scoped to an organization via API key, with logging and audit trails on call attempts.

How a call flows

1

Campaign is enrolled

Your customer file is imported. Each row becomes a call attempt against the campaign’s assigned agent.
2

Attempt is dispatched

The campaign manager tells Twilio to dial a SIP URI with headers identifying the org, campaign, attempt, and agent.
3

Asterisk routes the call

The gateway extracts SIP headers, calls a pre-flight endpoint to cache routing context, then hands audio to the voice runtime.
4

Voice agent talks to the customer

The runtime opens an ElevenLabs websocket with dynamic variables (name, debt, dates, campaign) and bridges audio in both directions.
5

Result is stored

Twilio status callbacks and the ElevenLabs conversation ID are joined back to the attempt, and the result flows into reporting.

Developer APIs

Collections exposes a small set of developer APIs under /api/v1/developer/*, authenticated with per-organization API keys. See the Collections API summary for the list.
Full endpoint reference, request/response schemas, and API keys are available after you request access at getpathpilot.com.
